Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Our returns policy & company procedures fully comply with the European Distance Selling Act.
Credit Card Fraud
We have established various means of cross-checking the credit card information submitted to us, so that we may protect ourselves from fraud.
Occasionally we receive card information that does not pass our security checks. A customer might enter a wrong digit in the card account number, or make other unintentional errors. When this occurs, we email a request to the customer to provide the correct information so that we may continue to process the order.
We may ask for addititional proof that you are the card holder by Calling you on the phone, requesting a faxed copy of a utility bill or requesting a signed copy of our invoice.
When someone cannot supply the correct information for the card account they are attempting to use, we can only assume that they are not the owner of the card account, and do not have permission from the true account holder to use the card.
